Return & Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can return any item purchased on Gulnoza Dilnoza Milano within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged with all tags attached and its original packaging included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.
We cannot be held responsible for any missing returns or items whilst in transit.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
In order to return an item you have to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org Write the reason for your return or exchange. If the item is damaged, please provide details.
Our customer service department will review and confirm if the return/exchange can be processed. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Original shipping charges, will not be refunded.
Any delivery costs paid in connection with the order are non-reimbursable or refundable. Moreover, any return delivery costs incurred by you when returning products are not refundable.
